- Preparing and filing legal documents such as affidavits, complaints, or petitions with the court.
- Preparing and filing documents with government agencies such as the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or Social Security Administration (SSA).
- Performing clerical tasks such as taking inventory of items listed in estate inventories.
